INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATIONS:

Premier Tour and Travel must receive notice of individual group member’s cancellation a minimum of 60 days prior to departure

REFUNDS: Return of monies paid to Premier Tour and Travel will be refundable for individual cancellations received up to 60 days prior to the departure date, less any non-refundable payments/deposits made by Premier Tour and Travel to secure hotel accommodations, meals, show tickets, admission tickets to attractions, transportation, etc. Also deducted from the net refundable amount will be any adjustments for room rate changes created by the cancellation (i.e., quad to triple; triple to double, etc.). NO REFUNDS, for any reason, will be paid for individual cancellations received 60 days or less from the departure date.

Included in tour cost: Special Events Accident/Medical Sickness Insurance: Accidental Death & Specific Loss with a $250,000 overall maximum for any one accident (Death = $5000; Specific Loss = $10,000; Accident Overall Maximum = $25,000 and Sickness (Overall Maximum) = $5,000).
